Low Season * (April 15 to December 14):     Per night $175  |  Per week $1,200
High Season * (December 15 to April 14):    Per night $200  |  Per week $1,400

Holiday Weeks ** (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years):     Per night $215  |  Per week $1,500

Rates are for 1 or 2 people.
For 3 people, add $30/night, or $200/week to the rates above.
For 4 people, add $50/night, or $350/week to the rates above.

Minimum booking is 5 nights in High Season and Holiday Weeks, and 3 nights in Low Season. Bookings can start on any day.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age.
