High Season * (December 15 to April 14):	$175	$1,200
Holiday Weeks ** (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years):	$200	$1,400
Rates are for 1 or 2 people. For a 3rd person, add $30/night, or $200/week.

* Excluding Holiday Weeks

** Holiday Weeks are the nights of Nov 17 to Nov 23, 2007; Dec 22, 2007 to Jan 4, 2008;
Nov 22 to Nov 28, 2008; Dec 20, 2008 to Jan 2, 2009

Minimum booking is 5 nights in High Season and Holiday Weeks, and 3 nights in Low Season. Bookings can start on any day.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age.
